SOUTH DAKOTA STATE GOVERNMENT'S INVESTMENT IMMIGRATION, approved as REGIONAL CENTER OF TEA AREA
South Dakota State Government's Investment Immigration Program was approved as the 27th Regional Center as of April 8, 2004. Investor is only required to invest $500,000 USD because of South Dakota's TEA area designation based on its status as a Low Population Zone. Its background surrounding Regional Center designation is noticeably distinguishable from other Regional Centers in that these other Regional Centers acquired such designation as TEA based on the High Unemployment Rate.
South Dakota State Government's Investment Immigration Program's Regional Center approval was obtained at the state government level and it is the only program that was approved to apply RIMS II Factor with the acknowledgment of Employment Creation effect of 2.66 hiring effect per 1 actual hiring in Dairy Farm Project and 3.49 hiring effect per 1 actual hiring in Beef Processing Plant Project. Thus, Employment Creation is not difficult since this program only requires 3 or 4 direct hiring.
The fact that this program only requires 3 or 4 direct hiring is the reason why the South Dakota Government Investment Immigration Program is being evaluated as the safest program in fulfilling the requirements for the removal of condition on the permanent residency.
